I gave interview for the position of a language interpreter with Teleperformance,It was quite smooth and very systematic process, there were almost 4 rounds of interview and they were conducted in a very professional manner

An English test is conducted, but no feedback is given. No update at all afterwards, but an email regarding vacancies of a totally different position is sent to me. HR is helpful in the beginning, but she did not follow up after the process.

Processo extremamente demorado, cerca de 3h no total, mesmo com quantidade pequena de candidatos, recrutadores que pareciam não entender muito sobre a operação que estavam recrutando, seguindo apenas a risca do cliente sobre perfil nichado de pessoas que viajaram a outros países.
