Interview
Firstly, there’s a numerical test that has to be done in person although you can choose the city. If you pass that GCSE-level test they’ll invite you to an in-person interview at their Leeds office.
The interview itself is pretty basic — just going over your CV and standard behavioural questions, plus a short logic test at the end (on a whiteboard).
Honestly, it feels a bit unreasonable to travel over two hours for an interview that lasts less than 20 minutes. I also don’t think those basic behavioural questions really reflect a candidate’s abilities. Maybe it’s just me, but I couldn’t really figure out what their criteria were.
Not to mention they said ‘it’s not company policy to share any feedbacks’. Trying not to take it personally, but overall not a great experience.

Interview
15 minutes asking basic questions like Why are you interested in this position? Please briefly introduce yourself. What do you know about this position?
and two logic questions (incorrectly labeled bag and scale for 8 balls)

Interview
First took a written Logic and Reasoning test in London - GCSE level maths and logic questions, so not too difficult.
I was invited to have an interview in Leeds a couple of weeks later, so I had to travel for around four hours.
The interview itself consisted of fairly standard questions ("Why TPP? Why BA role?" etc.), which transitioned into a discussion about the work-style of the company and how I approach solving new problems. I spoke with a current member of the BA team and the conversation felt pretty engaged on both sides. He mentioned some of the types of projects the role gets involved with, and the general structure/function of the teams. He asked me to explain my most recent project (final year masters project) in layman's terms, and about my other experience.
It seemed like the interview went well, but I was emailed and told I didn't get the role a few days later. Not ideal that they don't give any feedback as company policy.
Logic puzzle - You have 8 identical balls, one of which has a different mass than the rest. How can you determine the odd one out using a balance scale in only two measurements?
