Question 1
What hobbies or interests do you have that are not in your CV?
Amazingly easy, 1 interview and offer. Just had to talk through my previous projects and my contributions. They then asked me some design reasoning questions. Questions around stakeholders too. I got an offer the same day
Thanks for sharing your feedback and congratulations on your new role with TPXimpact - we’re thrilled to have you. It’s great to hear you found the interview process so simple, clearly you were the right person for the role!
I was contacted shortly after applying to arrange a screening call, which was appreciated. I shared my availability as requested, however I didn’t receive a follow-up or update on the status of the application. While this can happen for a variety of reasons, clearer communication around next steps would help set expectations and improve the overall candidate experience.
