First short interview with recruiter where they describe the job and make sure that you are aware of all that it entails. Then more in depth interview with recruiter. Followed up by a final interview with hiring manager.

What makes you different than any other candidate?
Very indepth. Seemed like a good place. Not my style tho. Good for entry level sales… keep an open mind about everything and good for a kid out of college
