The interview split into 2 phases.
The first phase has you interact with the HR team. This is mostly a casual conversation between members, and it is to showcase your personality and demonstrate your understanding of TRG as a company and their work culture, why you work here and your past work in university.
The second phase will have you interact with the leader of the support team. This is where you demonstrate your knowledge on Sharepoint and share how much you know about the job you selected. They won't expect expert understanding from you but you will need to have some SharePoint experiences, and you are willing to learn further.
Each session lasted for 1 hour.
