Interview
Recruiter will call, and advertise their company, attract you saying good stuffs in order to convince you to go for further steps. Then they will take one initial phone screening and 2 hrs in person interview.

They will ask what is QA, do you know api testing. Describe testing process. Then the ultimate question- if you are given 8 coins of which 7 weighs equal and one is heavy and a top pan balance, in two steps how will you measure the heaviest coin?
