The interview journey was very well-structured and transparent. It consisted of four main stages: 1. Recruiter Screening: A high-level discussion about my background in AWS (ECS/Lambda) and alignment with the "Consumer Domain." 2. Technical Deep Dive: A focused session on Terraform, CI/CD patterns, and architectural trade-offs between RDS/PostgreSQL and DynamoDB. 3. Practical Day: A hands-on "challenge" involving pair programming with three tasks. This was a great way to see how the team collaborates in real-time. 4. Stakeholder & Team Rounds: A session with the PM and Agile Coach to discuss product mindset and prioritization, followed by a "Meet the Team" session to ensure a strong culture fit.
