It was a very mechanical and dry interview over the phone. It felt like the organisation was back in the 1980s. There was no genuine human connection. I did not get a good vibe around the working culture and suspected a growth mindset was missing in their teams. I recommend that anyone do reasonable due diligence before accepting a role with TSB.

Interview
Very well done. Professional without pressure. I felt comfortable and relaxed.
There were two staff members. One was the manager, one was an experienced employee. It was good having two points of view.
