The Hiring Directors doesn't know what on the job posting. When tell them about going into Fab their brain shutdowns. You will be ghosted for months then get email saying unqualified.

Question 1
They don't understand what have listed for position.
First was a short test and some questions that I recorded my answers to. Next was a video interview, which was a behavioral assessment interview (checking if I was a good fit attitude-wise for the company and vice-versa). Last was an in-person interview.

Currently in the process of interview. Fairly extensive. Started with an informational call. Then phone interview. Then in person interview. Everyone very professional and nice. Waiting to hopefully hear back soon
