TTEC Customer Service Sales Associate interview questions

Applied online and was contacted by email to complete assessments and schedule interview all in the same day (9/9/21). Scheduling for interviews was not available. Later (1 month 10/5/21) contacted by a recruiter for a phone call interview. Simple questions such as the explain a time when and then we went over work hours and equipment requirements. Was told she (the receuiter/interviewer) would need to speak with her boss and let him know I was a great fit. Employment was offered same day to start at the end of the month.
