After a few days, I received an email inviting me to a phone screen with the recruiter. We chatted about my background, experience, and why I was interested in the role. If you pass this step, you'll move on to a video interview with the hiring manager. This is where you'll discuss your sales skills, experience working with insurance products, and your approach to customer service. Finally, if you're selected, you'll be invited to an in-person interview at one of their offices. Throughout the process, the team was friendly and professional, making me feel at ease.
