I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at TTEC (Atlanta, GA) in July 2017
Interview
The entire process can take between 2 and 6 months, I applied for the position on May of 17 didn't start training till August. The whole interview consisted of a slide show and an online questionnaire. After that its a bunch of emails from an automated noreply email address, until the actual "interview" in which you and however many people they choose show up on webcam at the same time get talked to as a whole and pretty much you show up you're hired. After that it's more waiting and system checks, prepare to spend at least 4 hours on the phone with tech support just to install the software. Then they charge you $25 for a usb thumb drive that they require for the software to run. Then you have to spend another 4 hours setting up the drive, then go back and delete the software from your pc. When you finally get to "training", its a bunch more power points taught by a person who has never actually fielded a call for the company.
It was nerve wrecking for a first timer applicant like me to actually get a job, but in the end the HR Dept was very accommodating and was very approachable.
