Phone screen followed by in person interview with three different managers. Pretty straight forward questioning about resume. Would recommend being able to talk about excel proficiency and systems knowledge. Understanding of financial concepts would be a plus to speak to as well.

Overall it was relatively easy. Nothing too difficult. The time was not as long as expected from start to finish. Was scheduled for a panel interview but was a one on one instead.

Interview
Brief phone interview. Then interview with the potential reporting manager. Then interview with the director of the department. Phone interview was mostly about what I was doing (duties and responsibilities) and to see if my experience fits with the role I was applying for. I was interviewed by two managers because I remember I also qualified for another opening at the same department but with a different function. Questions were mostly about how I would react on certain challenges the work would usually face on a day to day basis. I was also interviewed by the director of the department afterwards. The interview was mostly casual and I felt that she was validating inputs of the previews interviewers.
