I got per referal employee , firsly i got phone call phone was nice lady we had the interview, then i got an exam logical thinking and computer skills exam. later on i have final interview and i will wait to the results. The hiring manager said will be around one week or earlier the nextweek.

IQ type of quiz at first stage
second stage role play over phone
third and last stage was a role play with the hiring manager, plus questions about your CV etc
