I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TTEC (Cleveland, OH) in Nov 2014
Interview
The interview was very informal. The job offer call is breve. Training is 6.5 hours a day, 5 days a week for 3 weeks via WebEx. Most communication is electronically thru lots of emails with the new hire information; the drug test info, I9 forms, etc. Orientation is the next step, it's also 6.5 hours long but can run longer if people are having tech issues. You'll receive an email 2-3 days prior to orientation with all of the login credentials. The first two days of training involves lots of tests and reading.

Interview
Filled out Application online then received an email a few days later saying I was invited to the next step in the process. After the assessment was completed, I waited for another email to take the URT user readiness test for my headset.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TTEC (Philadelphia, PA) in Sept 2015
Interview
They scheduled a call a didn't call and then they emailed me an offer letter. I declined because the pay is so low. They also put me through a pretty lengthy computer check process which was overall really annoying. I ran into issues several times.
I applied online. I interviewed at TTEC (Albuquerque, NM) in Sept 2015
Interview
There really was no interview. I had applied for a different job in the company a few months earlier, and had received through email to join an "offer call" which was a webex conference call with 30+ other people. They outlined the final employment requirements (system check, drug testing, forms completion.) They gave dates of required training, asked to choose a schedule preference (choice of 2 options). Training is to be paid and to last one month.
