Very Basic, Assessments and regular hiring step process
you do the intro and then follow a 45 minutes times questions. The bottom line is they want a costumer representative who will work for under minimum wage!

Interview
Position required an online customer service skills test, a personality test, a logic/reasoning test, and a college-level Spanish language test. Despite all that, you still have to interact with an AI/automated "recruiter." The assessments took longer than promised, too.
