The person who interviews the candidates is also the person who ultimately decides the most apropriate fit for the role. The interview lasts approximately one hour and depending on the scheduling for other candidates can typically take up to 3 weeks for a final decision is made.

be prepared. The HR responded early and scheduled meetings with the managers. it was a fairly simple process. I was interview by two TQM. They asked about my experience in Customer service sector. The kind of company culture I liked. I was ;provided a deep dive as to what the company does.
