First round was good it was Virtual round. When I reached for F2F interview. I reached at 2 pm and interview was planned at 3 pm which was delayed to 3:30 Pm. I still understand that’s a process of interview. Now if i talk about what type of behaviour was by panellist. First they clearly said if we work 9:30 Am and 6:30 pm but you are required to work till 7 pm if you can do it say yes else we will stop this discussion now. O said yes then they all technical questions were done then they cane to salary discussion. They said we will give 25 percent hike and 9 percent will be variable I tried to negotiate they clearly denied and said I not taking inputs from you for Ctc I am telling you if you need it take it less drop it. Later on they said wait for 1 hours after interview and I cane said you can leave I said thanks asked feedback risky they said I don’t like to talk to people I talk less so felt they are mentally disturbed due to work pressure at senior level post which way they have rude behaviour with candidates who apply for opportunity. I would recommend if you are ready to listen them on there condition then this company is made for you. Else look for better company with better scope and less toxic behaviour because such behaviour create mental harassment with employee.
