Inhalt: Begrüßung, kurzes Geplänkel über die Anreise oder das Wetter, Angebot eines Getränks. Dein Ziel: Sympathie wecken, Nervosität abbauen und durch eine offene Körpersprache Präsenz zeigen. 2. Vorstellung des Unternehmens Die Arbeitgeberseite stellt sich vor, um dir einen Kontext zu geben. Inhalt: Details zur Firmenhistorie, zur Abteilung, zur Teamstruktur und zu den spezifischen Aufgaben der Stelle. Dein Ziel: Aufmerksam zuhören und ggf. kurze Verständnisfragen stellen.
