TUSP interview questions

Straight forward interview, was offered the job and then it was retracted for no reason. They required two personal work references, which I was unable to do as both my current and former employer only offer generic ones, due to the size of the business. Nevertheless, I managed to secure personal references, which both gave very supportive feedback, but the offer was taken away. HR were extremely rude and did not want to expand more on why they have changed their mind, it seemed very chaotic... lucky escape
