Interview
It is one of the best Interview process.The first round was written test,it has series of tests,which are
1)It consists of question that we studied during our high school mostly from PHYSICS ,CHEMISTRY & MATHEMATICS.
2)Then we had series of logical reasoning questions which is based on time.Like that we had 4 tests continously.
3)Then we had our psychometric test.
The second round was group discuission ,they gave a problem and we have to discuiss among ourselves to find a best solution .During this 3 people monnitored us.
The third round was TEAM TASK .Each team has to choose a theme and to build something representing the theme with the given set of stationaries.
And the last round was the HR interview which was about 40 to 50 minutes.

Question 1
In HR interview they first asked me tell about my family and myself.Then they asked me about my schooling and college life.
What is the change that you feel in college?
How did you make up with the college environment ?
What did you learned in college?
Then they asked me some stress questions like , You have the TVS interview today its about to began in 20 min , you receive a call from hospital and they said that your blood relation is badly in need of blood and you are the person having that blood group.Will you attend the interview or go to hospital ?
Then they asked whether you will be comfortable with working in any place like himachal pradesh ,since you are from madurai ,are you able to survive there?
Will you leave the company when you get a good offer than us?and justify it.
These are things I remember ,because the interview was about 3 years ago when i was in first year.
