TVSquared interview questions

Four interviews; CRO, AE, Acct Dir. & Solutions Engineer. Afterwards they required a list of references and account connections. Process dragged out after initial interviews. Slow moving even after initial meetings. No sales presentation required which was different since most companies want this for a sales role. I felt I drove the pace of the interview process. Nice people and solid product. Not as structured as other software companies at this size.

Interviews are very straightforward. Four rounds for me. In all of them it felt very casual/natural, no tricks or weird games. They did an amazing job explaining the role and functions to me and I enjoyed the process. Everyone is super interesting. Third round was the most challenging one with a lot of situational questions, but all of them were necessary and relevant to the position. They are looking for an overall cultural fit and hard-working people. Tip: Be very natural, do not overthink
