Taaleem interview questions

They send out an email for a face to face interview. The interview went well and they mailed me next day with possibility to meet the principal of that school. However after few days they apologised stating the principal is on short break and will meet me after a week. After a week i get a response with apologies stating they found a better fit. When i checked on LinkedIn who they hired for the post it was an air hostess who lost her job due to covid. The candidate had no HR experience but since she was British they hired her. I find taleem quite racist in that. Politely declining Asian candidates to hire candidates with no HR experience nor in the same industry and just promote western lobby in the HR department. They were 3 vacancies and all given to western candidates . So they are very biased to promote their own race. I dont see any diversity there but they claim they do.

Very relaxed and professional The interviewer was quite pleasant to talk to. Everything was handled in a professional manner. The interview was taken through Zoom. I was approached by the Human Resources representative. The overall experience was short and sweet. Would definitely give props to the Human Resources team.
