Telephonic call by HR, and they are only interested in your gaps on resume and the reason to quit rather than skills, the experience you have and can bring to organization. The HR & the Hiring manager was so interested in knowing my last to last organization reason for leaving and wanted to only that much. The whole interaction is like a personal attack . If it be the case that the Gap is an issue for them , then they should not call me for the interview at all. The whole experience & the interaction was point less & waste of time. The hiring manager had viewed my LinkedIn profile just to investigate on me and had reached out to my past company boss to check on my performance without my consent. This is high level of unethical practise the have . People may loose their piece of mind if they join such company who has trust issue. The company should not forget that even in the market they do not hold a positive review for the candidates to join them.
