Very slow + unprofessional. I have gone trough four interviews within a month (hiring manager, two peers and a Senior manager) and have been confirmed that I am the "preferred candidate" pending offer. Three weeks and two so called updates later (Recruiter ensuring me that they are working on my offer and it is in the pipeline), I was informed that the Senior Management has decided to put the position on hold for an indefinite time. I was given that information after chasing the recruiter and after having been ghosted for 8 working days. I have replied to confirm that I would not pursue my application given the slow recruitment process. I received an Email from the recruiter calling me rude and disrespectful. Worst recruitment experience I ever had.
