I believe this was actually for a developer position. We usually ask about employment history and especially the previous employer. In looking back we didn't see any emails during this time period we did not reply too, but apologize if we did miss yours, and for what this is worth we sincerely try hard never to do that. We're sorry you had a negative experience.
