Phone conversation with CTO discussing work history, personality, answering some basic questions about mobile development and the Internet of Things.
30 minute in-person with CTO and CEO.
1-hour panel interview over Google Hangouts with 5 individuals. Was asked some basic questions. The objective seemed to be more "Are you a good fit here" vs "Tell us everything you know about bubble sort."

What's one app or site that impressed you recently?
We feel strongly it's in everyone's interest to be as fair as possible with compensation; this is subjective and can be hard to do. We do sometimes ask for a salary range in the first call to avoid going through several interviews with a candidate and discovering an insurmountable gap. That said we've discussed not doing this to avoid (even subconsciously) treating people unfairly. We appreciate the feedback.
