Taco Casa Shift Leader/Manager interview questions

No background check or reference check. Very basic interview offered by the assistant manager. They will hire anyone if they like what they hear. I walked in and turned in the one page application and got an interview and hired the same day. I know it is fast food but some level of vetting the applicants would reduce the 50% turnover I witnessed.
