Asked about different mezcal and tequila knowledge . Very interested in bilingual servers, and having at least a year experience. Alongside all of the regular interview questions they also asked that famous “Give me an example of a time”.. when you went above and beyond for guest experience.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Tacolicious (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Pretty informal interview with the manager. More conversational than anything else. Asked about my work history and my availability. Standard fare. There were a couple of customer service questions. Easy overall.

Question 1
Describe a situation when you gave great customer service
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tacolicious (San Francisco, CA) in July 2013
Interview
There was no interview. I walked in the door and mentioned that I needed a job and they hired me after asking if I'd worked in the food industry before. The manager was very friendly, the one who hired me at least, and I started working the next day. They were even understanding that I could only work for 2 months.
