Standard scenario "what would/did you do" type questions.
I had a poor candidate experience with Tadaweb. After a serious interview process and professional follow-up, I received no closing communication and learned indirectly that the role had been filled. Based on that, I’d be cautious about their organizational discipline and candidate care.
Translation - they ghost people after leading them along for months.
I don’t have confidence in Tadaweb’s professional follow-through based on my direct experience with them. I would want to scrutinize their customer support, account management, and long-term adoption support carefully before recommending them.
Worst of all they then hire objectively way-less qualified candidates with extensive short-term job histories instead. From a managerial standpoint you got to wonder what their logic is on that fact alone or if they just like being a revolving door.
Thirty minute interview with HR person. Standard questions, nothing from left field. I would be leaving a positive experience for the interview, unfortunately this is a company that ghosts candidates. Highly unprofessional especially considering they advised they would be doing the exact opposite.
