Initial call from HR was very good - encouraging and positive. Got interview with owner based on HR recommendation. Owner and other upper management present, but offered little input, so made one wonder why they were even present. I bit more "smarmy" than professional - but, hey, you can find that anywhere. Owner seemed slightly eccentric, but easy to communicate with.
