what is the most important when communicating with a client
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tailify Software (London, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
Really friendly team who were happy to answer any questions I had regarding the interview stages and tasks. Unfortunately there was quite a lot of radio silence after my final interview, and after 1-2 weeks of waiting I found out there was no longer room in the budget to hire me which was slightly disheartening but understandable!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tailify Software in Jan 2022
Interview
While the people I spoke to were all lovely, the interview process was long and seem designed to get you very invested in working for them by forcing you to invest alot of your time. There were 5 seperate interviews, (2 with hr, 2 with the team I would be working with and 1 with senior exec) and a task. While none were particularly difficult, they only give you the relevant information you need to know when deciding whether to accept an offer after you have already completed all the stages. This was a big red flag to me as it felt like they were trying to influence propective employees using sunk cost fallacy.
