HR calls for a short phone call and then schedule a meeting.
After that there was an interview with the CTO.

2. System design - URL shortener. front-end, backend, analytics
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Tailor Brands (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in July 2020
Interview
1. A general phone call with HR.
2. Interview with 2 managers about me and my experience.
The interviewers were great but didn't give me feedback or enriched me in the process.
When I asked the recruiter for feedback she never responded to my mail. I tried again and no comment from her. This was not polite as well as frustrating. Applicants are people after all and a small feedback can go a long way.
