Interview
First, they called me for interview with HR Manager, where they check basic requirements like communication skills, Salary expectations and previous experience. Then on the same day or other day they arrange interview with the HOD in my case Director of Sales to meet you. That is the round which generally determine whether the company will select you or not. If the Director has selected you then they send you to GM interview, which is a short interview where GM asks about general information and most of the cases approves the application until something very odd comes up.

I was selected on the basis of my written resume, the 10 years of training experience, and my personal one-on-one verbal interview with the Learning and Development Manager, Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi.
