Mostly asking about experience, work attitude, how to manage stress during heavy workload. Hiring manager was upfront and honest about the hierarchy structure of the the company as well as slower than usual job progression and recognition.

Interviewer ask for your availability and if you are alright with shift work. Must be able to endure long hours of standing. They also asked if you have prior experience in being a cashier or have worked in retail industry before.
