I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Takedown Sportswear
Interview
Interview was what got me to give the place a chance. The co-owner is a slick talker and can get you to believe in his unrealistic vision. They want you to design items they sell as a test.

Interview
Applied on their website and received an email from someone the next day for an interview the following day. I went up there and opened the door that said Takedown Sportswear. I sat in what seemed like a gross lobby for about 10 minutes until someone walked by and told me I was in the wrong area and that I should go 2 doors down and go into that entrance. I sat there and waited for a total of about 30 minutes. It looked like a mess in there. It looked like they moved all their stuff in a hurry into a building with gross floors and walls and clutter everywhere. The table I sat at even had random company papers sitting there that someone probably forgot there for a while. I can't believe they have clients that come in there as it is extremely unpresentable. My interviewer was on a phone call which was fine, and she apologized. She sat down with me at this table that was not in a private area by the way; it was in the main lobby, so people in the next rooms over and the receptionist could hear everything which was fine, but it seems like most interviews are done more privately. It seemed like she was looking over my resume for the first time and when through it very quickly. She told me a little bit about the job and gave me a tour. It felt like the interview could have been a phone interview to be honest. It felt like I drove 2.5 hours just for a 20 minute meeting.
