I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tal Healthcare (Hollis, NY) in June 2020
Interview
The process was seamless and catered to my needs. It originally involved speaking with a recruiter, then a hiring specialist, which lead to an onsite interview. The interview itself was with the lead Nurse Practitioner/Provider who was very informative and answered all of my questions. She was professional and provided me with a great deal of information.

Question 1
What are my goals; where do I see myself in 5 years

Interview
The recruiter from tal healthcare ( I think his name is Jesse) was very enthusiastic and eager to speak with me. He had a position in a hospice company near me and thought I would be a great fit. He called me everyday and did the typical recruiter speech-"theyre gonna love you", "they're impressed with your background " and on and on.
So I go to the interview with the hospice company and called the recruiter as he requested to give him feedback after the interview. He said he'll let me know either way what the hospice company says.
The same day, I received a recruiting email from the guy at tal describing the same hospice company and asking if I'm interested and have time to talk about this position. I emailed him back and asked if this means the hospice company didnt select me, he finally confirmed this.
The first thing is, the recruiter didnt even have the respect to let me know the hospice company wasn't interested.
Second, he tried to recruit me for the same exact position I just interviewed for the SAME DAY!! He wasn't aware that I was the one working with him this entire time. Ridiculous.
My current job uses recruitment agencies to hire temps and I already told them to never give business to tal as their recruiters are not good at all.
These shady recruiters and agencies dont realize that it's in their best interest to be respectful and keep in contact with their potential clients as you never know what may happen down the road.
I've worked with many recruitment agencies both as a client and with my current job and never saw one this disorganized and disrespectful of people's time.

Interview
They were excited to get into contact with me. Then nothing. I called, and called, and called. It was very rude. They only care about themselves, don't waste your time with them.
