I interviewed for a Junior Software Engineer position at Talent500. The process consisted of a single comprehensive technical round. This round began with a coding assessment, where I was tested on my proficiency in Python. Following the coding task, the interviewer conducted a deep dive into my resume, specifically focusing on my past projects and technical experiences. We also covered theoretical questions regarding database management, including query optimization and normalization concepts. Overall, the experience was well-structured and provided a clear insight into the team's technical expectations.

Interview
My interview for the role of Front-end developer at Talent500 was scheduled very quickly, which was great! I got to interact with some nice, friendly future team members, which helped me learn more about the company.
The recruiter was friendly and thoroughly explained the interview process.
They require you to register on their platform, which is.. a job platform.. So they post jobs on job platforms that they don't have on their website to lure you to register on their platform. Might be clever for their growth strategy but not fair for the applicant.
