The promised "empathic and human touch to recruitment" but all I got was a 20 second call to check if I was still interested two months after the job application (that said "apply quickly"). Surprisingly I had already found another trainee-position in the same field so I declined the offer to the interview. They also gave an opportunity to "receive feedback from the application"when I applied for the job. Well, none of the things they promised never happened. I was very impressed first with their agenda and values but unfortunately now it all seems like a big joke.
