I found it disturbing for the talent recruiter to be driving while interviewing me. I feel that being present for your potential candidates would be mandatory given the industry this company is in. Second a potential candidate will make mistakes in a working review.

They asked me why I was asking the question about diversity & inclusion.
They treat applicants and candidates poorly. They're the only company I know of that doesn't at least send out an automated rejection message. I think that's very unprofessional and discourteous.
