Question 1
Tell me about a time when you let a client down, what happened, and how did you address it?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Talentry in Aug 2024
Interview
Received a request through ZipRecruiter for a 30-minute screening interview the next day. No one showed up, and I did not receive an email telling me they were canceling. I am unsure if this is a real company as some of the leadership listed on their site have not worked there for years per LinkedIn.

Question 1
No questions were asked because they were no-shows.
I applied online and about an hour later, got a text, e-mail, and phone call from someone asking to speak with me abut the role. Asked a few questions about salary expectations and then said I was a good candidate for the position and they would forward my resume to their director who would give me a call in about an hour to talk about it more. No one else ever actually called me, and when I contacted the first person to follow up about it they never responded. Very rude and unprofessional way to treat candidates, at least let them know if something has changed. Not even really sure if this is a real company or some kind of scam?
As the President of the company, I expect my employees to be responsive to prospective candidates. I wish this had been escalated, as I want everyone to have a positive experience!
