1st stage - Met with the MD and the OD for an initial chat to see if I was the right personality fit for them. Very conversational, both very nice and easy to talk to. 2nd stage - Test on your proof reading skills and give a presentation. The MD then focusses on one area/project on your CV and really probes it in a conversational way. It's a good way to demonstrate different skills.
