Performed a phone interview first and talked to a few people some technical and some that are not. Once I passed the initial phone interview, I did a in-person review in a conference room. Went through a series of other technical questions and then was given more details about the position and how my daily activities would look.

Had a phone interview. The pay range was respectful, the position sounded like a good fit. Position was to take workload off other people. Got called in for an in person interview and went in for it. They never communicated ever again. Once I take my time off work it's rude to start the silent treatment. I won't interview there again.
