2 interviews:
First - Chat with 2 employees, need to show understanding of the company and role and a discussion through your CV.
Second - interview with CEO and another employee, asked some more difficult questions - not to be caught out but to see how you handle slightly difficult situations.

Interview
Two interviews:
First was a relaxed chat with two senior employees. Discussed interests in the role, the company and asked traditional interview questions to access suitability.
Second interview consisted of a small test on Linkedin recruiter, followed by a chat with the CEO and a senior executive. More serious than initial interview but still semi-informal interview, felt very comfortable.
Finally, there was a very informal chat with two recently employed graduates, who started in the same or similar
