I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Talon. One in May 2023
Interview
Incredibly friendly and welcoming from the get-go. First I met with their talent acquisition specialist before I was introduced to the head of the team I'd be working for. A technical assessment followed before a final meeting with the CRO. The assessment was of moderate difficulty, and I was given about a week to work through the problems before presenting them as if I were in a client meeting. Everyone was wonderfully supportive of my efforts along the way, and curiosity and question asking were encouraged.

Question 1
There were a number of questions about my experience in the field, and what I would be looking for in my next position. More importantly though many of the questions seemed geared around how I was as a person and how I would fit in with the culture of the team, which was really refreshing and made for a more naturalistic approach to the interview process.

I applied online. I interviewed at Talon. One (New York, NY) in Mar 2021
Interview
There were 4 interviews and the first one was a general "get to know you" interview. The additional 3 interviews were more technical and run by different key members of the teams. Overall, the interview process was quick, I felt like I could be myself with the team, and I received an offer soon after my final interview.
