I applied online. I interviewed at Talution Group (Illinois City, IL)
Interview
Got call from the recruiting manager and he called me and interviewed almost 30mins to understand my roles and responsibilities. He understands every detail of my previous projects. How I have designed and developed!

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Talution Group (Chicago, IL) in July 2016
Interview
I went through a phone screen to enter into their talent network, not even interviewing for their company- and Jessica Krichevsky made such a great impression that I really wanted to share. I'm about 99% sure that this isn't even the right place to give this feedback, but hey! Only live once, right?
Interviewing can be scary, especially when you aren't used to it. All the jobs I've had have been through friends or coworkers who have vetted for me. I started my job hunt recently and have had some pretty cold and odd phone screens. ( I'll take half the credit for that, I'm used to facilitating them- not being the one on the other end) and I was so relieved that his wasn't another awkward 20 minutes with someone trying to place you in random industries. I was so comfortable right off the bat. No matter what comes out of it, I was just really pleasantly surprised! Thank you!

Question 1
Yeah, this is definitely not the right place to add this feedback..
Sorry!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Talution Group (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2014
Interview
To start the interview process one must first take a personality survey. The survey is very short and easy, it will only take about 10-15 minutes. Once you are finished Talution will contact you if your personality fits what they are looking for. During the first interview, I interviewed with four people at separate times. I spoke with the internal recruiter, my future manager, and both managing partners. I can not emphasize enough how great it was to be able to speak with the managing partners during the interview. It was a great way to get to know the company, and really understand where they are looking to go in the next few years. This made it very clear that I would be a valued employee at Talution, not just another number.
For the second interview I came in and spoke very briefly with my future manager. After a 15-20 minute conversation we went out to lunch with a few future teammates. This was a great way to get to know the people I would soon be working with and better understand the culture of Talution group. A few short days after this lunch I was called back by the internal recruiter with an offer.

Question 1
The interview was fairly informal, it was more of a conversation, so I do not believe they have one question in mind to throw off the interviewee
