Tamalpais Union HSD interview questions

Filled out on line application including multiple choice questions that asked about how I feel about students and how I manage my classroom. Had phone interview with administrator with a set of questions they ask all candidates. They told me this was to understand my values and beliefs and that my answers should be brief. It lasted about 1/2 hour. Was then was called in for an interview with teachers and principal where I was asked more specific information about the courses I have taught and how well I know the subject matter. Some of the questions from the teachers seemed sort of like "gotcha" questions.
