I recently interviewed at Tamasha.live and had a detailed discussion with both founders. The interview was thorough — they asked in-depth questions about internal processes, growth metrics, user behavior, revenue models, and operational frameworks from my current organization, many of which aligned with the product they’re building.
While I appreciated the interest in my background and felt the conversation went very well, I was surprised to be rejected shortly after without any feedback or closure. The HR team was unable to provide any clear reason, despite the founders appreciating my experience during the call.
I’m left with the impression that the interview may have been more about extracting market and operational insights rather than genuine hiring intent. If you’re applying here, I recommend being mindful of what level of internal data you share.
Transparency and respect for a candidate’s time and intellectual contribution are critical — and unfortunately, that was lacking in my experience.
HR round, Technical Round, and Call with CEO to discuss company culture and expectations. HR calls you if she finds your profile relevant, I didn't attempt a task but now-a-days they ask for one. After task submission, the head designer discusses the task and your portfolio, if you qualify you are 90% selected.

What do you know about Tamasha? What design process do you use? Have you downloaded our app? What do you want to change in it/ how can we improve it? What is your plan in the next few years?
It was 3 rounds one assignment, one technical and last taken by the Human Resource manager. It was easy and quick and I think it was very simple as questions asked were not very tough.
