The interview process was exceptionally thorough, with multiple stages that pushed me to think critically and tested my inner strengths and personal attributes. I had the opportunity to engage with some of the brightest minds. It quickly became clear that securing a role at this company requires a high level of skill and preparation. The questions were incredibly thought-provoking and unique, testing both depth and creativity in problem-solving. I was given a great offer but simultaneously got accepted into a prestigious PhD program. I approached them and instead of negotiating with me they treated me like their mentee and after hours of deliberation, I accepted the PhD offer. I was indeed very positively surprised by this collegial attitude of TIV senior management. I may join them after my PhD.
