First recruiter interview, then a technical interview with an engineer.
Very fast response time, heard back the next day after technical interview.
Recruiter was responsive and organized the process efficiently. Clear interview structure with coding assessment.
Major red flag during the interview: Was told that "everyone in the organization works overtime", this immediately raised concerns about work-life balance despite Sweden's strong labor protections. Also No feedback provided on why the rejection.
I think they should be more transparent about what you're actually looking for in candidates. And they should also provide rejection reason when candidates spend time doing interviews with them the least they deserve is feedback on their performance.
